B.J. Ernsthausen is a 19-year veteran of the construction industry. B.J. started with Bruns General Contracting in 2013 as a carpenter, was promoted to a Project Manager, and to Senior Project Manager. B.J. was recently promoted to Vice President of Project Management.

B.J.’s role within Bruns General Contracting is to advise other Project Managers, plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including estimating, hiring sub-contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.  B.J. works with the client and team through design, budgeting and construction to ensure that we achieve a successful project.

B.J. graduated from Gibsonburg High School and holds an Associate’s Degree in HVAC & Refrigeration from Terra State Community College. B.J and his wife Kelsey reside in Troy with their 3 sons Bo, Jake and Ben.
