Dave has spent his entire career of 34+ years in the construction industry completing projects from $3,000 to $35 million. For the last 17 years Dave has been with Bruns General Contracting starting out a Project Manager and Estimator, to Chief Estimator, to now Executive Vice President of Bruns General Contracting. Dave’s role as Vice President is to lead, develop, and mentor the next generation of Bruns General Contracting leadership, as well as, overseeing all Project Managers from start to finish on all their jobs. Dave has expertise and experience in all phases of construction and preconstruction, contract negotiation, programing needs for clients and subcontractor relationships
