Project Supervisor
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a project supervisor. This applicant will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site. The Project Supervisor will manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks (by scheduled time), as well as coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers to complete jobs on time and on budget.
Preferred Skills:
- Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate time
- Quality control on the job site
- Help with onboarding of new subcontractors in Springfield market
- Prefer some time spent studying construction management
- Hands on leader
- Salary negotiable BOE
Experience/Requirements:
- Worked in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must
- Some time spent in field with other company superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties
